Lemon Sauce
Last night, I made a lemon chicken kind of thing. When I tried making the sauce, I didn’t really mix the ingredients in the right order so it ended up more like a clear, colloidal fluid. I scrapped it and decided to start over. The second time wasn’t as bad, but it still looked like a clear, colloidal fluid. A few drops of yellow food coloring made it look better.

I’d say a better descriptor for it was “a thick, milky-white colloidal fluid”.
